.   My challenge has been to create a Style identified with the brand , grow in turnover and in

brand visibility . We have achieved these objectives growing in sales .

Functions performed:

 .   Direct current trend and design strategy for Springfield woman classifications .

 .   Communicate the seasonal trend and inspiration and direction to Merchandising and Marketing team.

.   Designed the planning of collections made in Asia coordinating the design with my 18 designers and 6 quality technicians team . 

.   Designed the new fast fashion Collections strategy that is very important to be at the same level of innovation with our competitors and adding freshness to the collections.

.   Made the calendar of Design department. 

.   Develop key trends and seasonal theme direction for silhouette and fabric appropiate      to your classifications .

.   Create the color card of the new season .

.   Create first proto sample tech and dimension specs to facilitate sampling.

.   Manage the trim sourcing and selection process.

.   Research and analyze the current best sellers to develop appropriate style .

.   Balance between fashion and trend as well as core and emerging businesses for      presentation

.   Realization of the budget of the large expense lines of the design department. . 

.   Designed the strategy of the bets and the numbers of the styles references together with  the head of the buyers . 

.   Communicate  the final collection  to the international team and supported the placement of collections in the store.
